Jeff worked for a big law firm in Portland before spending ten years in the airport and airline business. He brings a wealth of real-world experiences to legal issues and enjoys spending his spare time either at Camp or flying his Piper Cub around the countryside.

Biography
Will joined Russell Johnson Beaupain in 2020 after spending the first few years of his career at a superb local law firm specializing in family law. Will is a native Mainer, through and through. He spent some time in Vermont attending law school and served as an editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Will is fiercely competitive and takes pride in counseling his clients through their legal challenges to achieve desired results. He is at home in the courtroom, where he has won many cases in courts across the state, including the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. Will handles complicated civil litigation and family law cases with experience and dedication.
Will has deep ties to the community. He lives locally with his wife Ashley and two children. When he is not in the office, he's likely outside exploring the Maine woods and waters or relaxing by the lake with family and friends.
Dean A. Beaupain, Esq.
Dean A. Beaupain is one of Maine's most experienced and respected lawyers. With over 50 years of sound experience, there isn't much that he hasn't done or cannot do. A Millinocket native, Dean resides in Bangor, Maine, and practices from both Bangor and Millinocket. Dean's practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions involving very large tracts of land. When not practicing law, Dean serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ambejejus Lake Association (Rock Ridge Road) and serves as vice president. Dean graduated from Stearns High School in 1969, the University of Maine at Orono in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and from the University of Maine School of Law in 1976 with a Juris Doctor degree. He has practiced law in northern Maine since 1976 and has served as a member and chairman of the Millinocket Town Council as well as interim town manager. Dean has served as chairman of the Bangor Board of Assessment Review for over twenty years and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Maine Avenue Manor since 1980. Dean also has extensive experience representing municipalities and for-profit and non-profit corporations. He has formed a number of lot owner associations and advises lot owner associations, condominium associations, and planned unit development associations. His family has had a camp on Ambajejus Lake since 1958.

Charlie was born to be a lawyer-having practiced with his late father for many years and the nephew of a prominent former prosecutor and judge. Mike is a 1986 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono and a 1991 graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center. When he is not in the courtroom, Mike and his wife Deb split their time between Penobscot, Maine and South Twin Lake in Millinocket and works in both RJB’s Bangor and Millinocket offices. He is admitted to practice in all the state and federal courts in Maine and New Hampshire. Mike is an avid hunter, fisherman, and snowmobiler, as well as an NRA firearms instructor and owns two miniature dachshund tracking dogs, Loki and Thor.
Brett D. Baber, Esq.
Brett is a 1985 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and has been practicing law in Maine for 40 years. Currently, Brett is an "of counsel" capacity in the litigation section of Russell Johnson Beaupain. Previously, he was a partner at Lanham Blackwell & Baber where he served as managing partner. He is currently practicing only in the fields of personal injury, mass tort claims, and products liability claims involving injury. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Maine.

Biography
Brett served on the Board of Governors of the Maine State Bar Association for over a decade and was selected to serve as the organization's President in 2008. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Penobscot County Bar Association and as its treasurer from 2022-23. Brett has written numerous articles on litigation topics that have appeared in the Maine Bar Journal and in the March 2021 edition of Trial Magazine, a publication of the American Association of Justice. You may have heard Brett on WVOM radio, a station heard all over Maine, where he has been a regular legal commentator. In his free time, he loves traveling, skiing, golf, reading, music performance and guitar study, and singing in the choir at St. Paul the Apostle.
